Beau Beemsterboer

Beau Beemsterboer has extensive leadership experience in investing and real estate. He most recently guided Modern Wall Systems, LP, as vice president. Across nearly a decade, he oversaw the construction of high-profile downtown complexes such as the Lumiere Residences at 350 Oliver and the Etage Executive Living Hotel at 424 Stanwix. Beau Beemsterboer additionally coordinated the erection of a headquarters for the architects Desmone and Associates at 3400 Butler Street.
